Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable and are based on the weight of the items you order and your location.
Order Processing Time
The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the quantity of items ordered, and in addition your order may be delivered in separate shipments.
Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Additional taxes and charges
Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees, including sales tax, value added tax, custom duties and excise duties. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.
If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 5 days from receipt of your order.

Since the Service offers non-tangible, irrevocable goods we do not provide refunds after the product is purchased, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any product on the Services. Please make sure that you've carefully read service description before making a purchase.
However, you may request a refund within a 14-day cooling-off period after purchase, only if you have not already started downloading, started streaming, logged into your account, or accessed private access.
You may stop your subscription at any time.
Unless you stop at least 24 hours before the start of your next billing period, you will be charged for the next billing period.
After stopping your subscription, you will continue to have access to the product for the remainder of your billing period.
To stop your subscription, go to the "Account" page and follow the instructions for cancellation, or send an email to support.
If you cancel your membership, your account will automatically close at the end of your current billing period.
We do not offer refunds or credits for unused subscription periods, accidental purchases, or any similar reason or event, unless required by law to do so.
